Section 5
Acts committed abroad are criminal offenses
If any act mentioned in section 3 or 4 is committed in a foreign country or territory and such act is also an offense according to the laws of that country, then such act will be similar to the offense related to money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities in Nepal.
